Online Workshop with Mugwort

Join for a 2 hour session exploring the practical, mystical and mythical realms of Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris). As an herb Mugwort carries the energy of the moon and the feminine, offering medicine for personal and collective healing, balance, and expansion. 

Orienting: During this workshop we explore a foundational archetype and myth connected to Mugwort and how this connects to your personal journey. 

Tending the Sacral Waters: We explore ways to work with Mugwort for physical and spiritual womb work. 

Visioning: Often worked with for dreamtime exploration we touch on Mugwort as a tool for ritual and visioning.

You can expect practical herbal information, a guided process for connecting with the spirit (or energy) of this plant and invitation into cultivating your own sacred practices with Mugwort. 

This workshop will provide space for sharing and questions as well.
