About Kat

Kat is an herbalist, earth arts and traditional healing arts practitioner. As a nature lover and devotee of the Great Earth Mother her work centers around nature based practices, ceremony, ritual and rites of passage. Her work is informed by over 15 years walking with the Andean and Amazonian healing traditions as a lifelong student and facilitator. She humbly works at the intersection of worlds in ally ship with original wisdom holders. She bridges worlds, lineages and cultures, bringing ancient wisdom into modern life. Her offerings are also steeped in years of personal experience and studies directly with the plants.

Kat designs immersive experiences through workshops, retreats, and 1:1 deep dive journeys centered on connecting people with nature and their innate wisdom. Offerings meet you where you are, taking the form most needed and are rooted in folk herbalism, Amazonian and Andean medicine traditions, yogic philosophy, intuitive movement, plant spirit work and music.
